Had a leak with our angle valve, and faucet lever was broken. Bought a new faucet to install; however, no knowledge of how to replace an angle valve, so called C & D Plumbing. Spoke with Amanda in the office, was helpful to have Nick (plumber) to come out the same day. Nick quoted me on the repair and installation at our location. Finished the job within the estimated timeframe, and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and the overall experience was good. Pricing is a little shocking but understanding with inflation today. Would recommend based on friendly customer service (which is rare today) and job performance. I recently had some plumbing issues at my home & I am incredibly grateful to C & D Plumbing & Mr. Plumber—so sorry I forgot his name :( I received a letter from the insurance company letting me know of a leak issue in the bathroom, so I was in a bit of a panic. I remember my husband mentioning we had received the Best Pick Reports, so I decided to look there & based on the reviews I selected C & D. I am glad I did. They answered the phone right away; the person on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable and scheduled me for the next day. The technician arrived several minutes before the scheduled time, which I loved; he was very professional and made the repairs on the spot. It felt as if it only took 5 minutes to make the repairs.
